We offer a range of Certified Pole Courses designed to progress you through the levels from beginner to advanced, building your fitness, confidence and expertise in Pole fitness.
We offer an introductory class to pole fitness so you can find out why so many people love pole fitness and want to progress through our range of classes.
Pole Fitness Level 1 Beginners Course
This is a six week training course for complete beginners which focuses on Health and Safety, all basic grips, transitions, moves, simple spins and slides with variations to sequences. The course includes an introduction to climbing, sitting on the pole and how to support yourself gracefully.
Pole Fitness Level 2 Basic Intermediate Course
Having completed the Beginners course you can now start learning some exciting new moves, one handed spins, perfecting and advancing on the moves already learnt and work on developing strength to enable you to add variation moves and holds such as inversions.
Pole Fitness Level 3 Intermediate Course
As you gain strength, we focus on improving your technique to polish your pole dancing skills and concentrate on smoothly linking your spinning moves, transitions and one handed inversions, you will be progressing your strength, stamina and ability.
Pole Fitness Level 4 Advanced 1 Course
As your stamina and ability grows in this six week course you will be gaining your confidence to release to non hold static tricks such as Scorpio and Gemini, the choreography also becomes more challenging to enhance your co-ordination and fitness.
Pole Fitness Level 5 Advanced 2 Course
You will be furthering your core and arm strength you have gained from previous levels by holding posses up the pole rather than on the floor, working on flexibility and advancing on tricks and spins.
Pole Fitness Level 6 Experienced Course
By this point you would have gained impressive Pole Dancing skills, have learnt more advanced tricks and gathered further co-ordination and flexibility to begin move to move combination tricks developing your advanced choreography.
Pole Fitness Level 7 Expert Course
This six week course will test you to the limit, you will be learning extreme tricks and moves testing your maximum strength and grip, gaining confidence and ability to perform your own tailor made routine to perfection.

These classes are perfect to practise and perfect what you have already learnt, these freestyle classes can be used to come up with your own moves and dance routines, perfect to practice with the girls if you dont have the motivation or a pole at home. (suitable for after completion of level 1)
All classes come complete with a safety warm up and cool down.
Pole Taster - FREE
Introduction to Pole - £25 (3 weeks)
Pole Course all levels - £60 / Students - £55 (When a valid student card is provided) Certificate on completion.
Repeat a Course - £50
Pay as you go taught - £10 (Saturday's & Thursday's 2nd hour only!)
Pay as you go untaught (Freestyle play) - £25 (Block book 6 weeks) or £5 pay as you go (Saturday's & Thursday's 2nd hour only!)
Conditioning & Strength building classes suitable for all abilities - £10 (Thursday's 2nd hour only!)

Payments can be made in full no later than week one of the course starting.
