Frequently Asked Questions

What do I wear?
Gym wear (Shorts, leggings, 3 quarters, jogging bottoms, t shirt, vest tops & trainers are suitable) bare legs are better to grip the pole, but most important is that you feel comfortable!
Do I need to bring anything?
You may wish to bring a small towel for your personal hygiene & a non spill water bottle, but cups & drinking water will be provided.
What if I miss a class?
Providing there is more than one class a week running - If you miss a class in your 6 week course you are entitled to a free catch up session on an alternative day, this must be taken within the 6 weeks & can not be carried over to the next course. We have a 24 hour notice policy if you are unable to attend a class to entitle you to a free catch up session.
What if I’m not good at it, am I too old, too unfit or too out of shape?
No your not! All our classes & moves are adapted to suit everyone. The important thing is to just have fun!!!
Rules & regulations
You must be over 18 years of age to attend the pole parties.
You may attend classes from 16 years old, although if you're under 18 you must be accompanied by a responsible adult and have written consent from a parent or carer.
There is no upper age limit.
You must be in general good health with no aches or pains prior to lessons. Are not pregnant or recently had a baby. Are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Please keep jewellery to a minimum, no creams or oils on body to prevent slipping. Thank you!
