Lena Evans
- Owner/Pole Instructor
Name: Lena Evans
Pole experience: I have been doing pole fitness since I was 16, I am now nearly 30, so 14 years.
Favourite move: Dangerous Brian or a trusty handspring.
Certification: I am a level four instructor as Certified by Pole Dance Community. I also went on to be Certified in burlesque by Pole Passion, and aerial hoop by XPERT, finally I have completed an anatomy course by Spin City.

Leanne

Beth

Name: Beth (also responds to Dylana)
Pole experience: I've been poling since 2017, aerial hoop, silks, hammock and trapeze since 2018. Lollipop since 2020. Fire eating/body burning and flow arts since 2019..
Favourite move: anything flexibility based, super bendy/splitty.
Certification: Currently finishing my spin city stretch and flexibility certification and Xpert hoop qualification. Competed numerous times placing 3rd in advanced category at You Filthy Amateur 2020, and loves to perform regularly.

Favourite Move: I don’t seem to have a favourite pole trick, but I like butterfly family and shoulder mounts are in there too.

Ray
- Pole Instructor
Name: Ray
Certification: Ray has been poling since March 2010 and teaching since 2012. She is certified with PDC and she is currently completing the Spin City Flexibility instructor training as well as training to become a Yoga teacher. Ray has performed and competed all over, as well as helping others with their competition preparation. She has taught both workshops and classes across Essex and Suffolk. Ray is passionate about pole and all it has to offer. She is an advocate for all styles and the freedom of movement they offer.

Neil

Name: Neil
Favourite move: Cleaning the mat and holding ladders.
Duties: Sweeps up, cleans mats and generally does what Lena tells him to do
